Deitrich Private Client Counsel is a California practice devoted to estate planning, trust structures, and tax counsel for families, founders, and the businesses they own. The documents matter, and so does the outcome they eventually produce, but the years in between are where the work actually lives. That long middle is where a business gets built and handed on, and where what you have accumulated is steadily directed toward the people you love and the causes you care about. Counsel through that stretch is a relationship and not a transaction, which is why we take on a small number of families and why one attorney stays with each of them throughout.
